Delivery & Return Policy
Depends on the availability of butterfly chrysalis and or insects within our laboratory, delivery of your Butterfly Pupa Jars / Insects will be initiated on every Monday only. There, it takes a further 1-3 days for the parcel to reach your doorstep.
Due to regulation differences and documentation requirements, shipping of invertebrates is strictly limited to West Malaysia only. East Malaysia has strict wildlife act which prohibits invertebrates being imported into the states. For international bulk-purchase order, refer to our professionals who have vast experience in export documentation.
While we are committed towards providing the best delivery time for the parcel to reach you, the numbers of days it will take in actual delivery are entirely dependent on the efficiency of third party courier service we engage. As such, we cannot guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. ButterflyReptile.com shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of delivery or late delivery.

Where items received are not as per prescriptions, return to us with no question asks. We shall make a replacement immediately or refund your money. Since we are dealing with livestock, we apologize that our return policy does not entertain wrongful purchases or mistakes by choice on the part of buyer for received items to be returned.
Our team is committed to ship only healthy butterfly chrysalises and other farm-bred invertebrates. However, nature strikes a strategic balance in the ecosystem by its own set of rules. Best practice, no matter how rigidly performed, cannot guarantee perfect eclosion of butterfly from the chrysalis. Other determining factors include but not limited to temperature and humidity fluctuations where the butterfly jar is being kept. In the event where your butterfly was unable to eclose, we would make immediate replacement without any charges on providing a new chrysalis. In this scenario, you will have to bear a minimum shipping cost. Help us! All proceed from the sale of butterfly chrysalis go towards butterfly conservation (read butterfly conservation at www.butterflyreptile.com).
For invertebrates, insect dead on arrival (DOA) shall be replaced without any charges other than a nominal fee on packaging (which includes a new ice pack) and shipping. We are very experienced in shipping insects. DOA is extremely rare except in the unforeseen circumstances of long delay or mishandling by our forwarder agent. Be a responsible caretaker for the insect received, amused by their beauty.
